About Ellery:

• In addition to being long time member of the Louisville Home Builders and Registered Remodelers Association, Ellery serves as a Past-President of the Louisville chapter and as a Director for the National Home Builders Association.
• Ellery has continued to be involved in his local community, serving as a director for the Oldham
  County Chamber of Commerce.
• Ellery builds four to six custom homes ranging in price from $200,000 to $1 million plus,
  and completes five to eight remodeling projects a year, primarily in Oldham and Eastern Jefferson Counties.
• Ellery has been married to his wife Kathi for 33 years. They have three children: Aaron, Jeremy, and Kasey.  Both Aaron and Jeremy work for Ellery as Project Managers.
• During his leisure time Ellery enjoys golf, travel and cooking.

Ellery currently has a 1+ acre tract development in Smithfield, KY (Henry County) with lot prices starting in the low $30,000s.  He also has lots available on a "build to suit" basis in the following Oldham County subdivisions:
